Program:
The experience will begin with guests meeting at the winery, where dedicated staff will welcome you and explain what you have chosen.

After a brief introduction to the family history and a presentation of the company, you will begin tasting our EVO oil, both pure and aromatic.

The tasting will be accompanied by:

Cutting board: Chickpea Hummus – Bruschetta with basil and garlic oil - Pinzimonio – Cheese tasting.
First Course: Pasta with forest aromas and truffle oil;
Dessert: Passito and Cantuccini

Wines for tasting: Vernaccia "Santa Chiara" and Chardonnay.

We are originally from San Gimignano and have always lived in this cradle of art and nature.

Our family has passed down to us a passion and love for the fruits of the earth, and thanks to our grandfather Luano, we have maintained and developed the farm with vineyards and olive groves.
