You will experience "la Vie de Château" during a 2-hour visit and share our passion for heritage, vines and wine. Discover the history of the Estate in front of the majestic facade. Then dive into the heart of the Castle with a visit to the old medieval rooms: the courtroom, the dungeon and the guard room. Continue with a visit to the aging cellar with its oak barrels, a stroll through the vineyards to discover the different grape varieties of the Domaine and visit the vat room. Then enjoy the highlight of this visit with the discovery of the prestigious salons of the Château, renovated in the 19th century. A workshop to discover the pairings between 4 wines from the Domaine and the refined cheeses of Dufour will be offered to you in the salons of the Château.

About the host
The Château de Champ-Renard, a medieval castle and wine estate since 1765, welcomes you for private visits by appointment with some of your loved ones (10 people maximum): guided tours in the vineyards, the vatting and the aging cellar, but also in the reception rooms of the Château and the gardens of the 19th century, wine cheese pairing workshop, vino challenge or initiation to tasting workshop.

Very friendly welcome, pleasant and interesting visit to the castle and vineyards. The tasting was very good, just a small downside, a shame not to have been able to taste the 3 other wines sold which we did not purchase as a result.
