During this tour, you will discover the all Champagne production process, from the vine to the flute.
Firstly, we will take you to have a look at our facilities : our modern press, tank room and ageing cellars under our XVIth century Family Manor. Then, we will be able to have a walk in our vineyard to learn a bit more about our cultivation methods. You will also hear about the history of the place aver the centuries and how it was bought by the Family in 1927. After the tour, we will have a tasting of 3 Champagnes in our Terrasse des Abbayes overlooking the vineyard of Marne Valley.

About the host

Charlotte Le Gallais is growing 4 ha of vines inside the historical Clos du Château de Boursault, owned by the family from 1927. The 3 grape varieties of the region are grown in a conscious way and divided into 7 plots all around the domain.
The press, the tank room and the ageing cellars are inside the clos, just a few hundred meters from the last plot what assure a great freshness of the fruit at the moment of the pressing and transformation.

We welcome visitors at the Estate, to share our passion from the vine to the flute of Champagne. Inside our XVIth century clos, unique place in Champagne, we built a confidential glass wall offering a 180° view on Marne Valley vineyard and the towers of the Château, to share magic moments with our visitors.
