Enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, amidst vineyards, olive groves, and traditional aromas. Begin with a guided tour of the historic cellars and Orciaia at Fattoria San Michele a Torri, to discover the secrets of organic winemaking and Laudemio extra virgin olive oil. Afterward, indulge in the flavors of Tuscany with a traditional lunch at our agritourism restaurant, "L'Unico," paired with a guided tasting of three San Michele organic wines.
Please note that our zero-mile restaurant is located in the lower part of the estate, about 400 meters from the winery. Reaching it requires a short car ride.
If you are traveling with your own driver, please inform them in advance, as the estate does not have a shuttle service. At the end of the tour, your driver can take you to the restaurant and pick you up.

About the host

Fattoria San Michele a Torri is located in the heart of Chianti, 15 km away from Florence. It takes its name from a village of the same name, and is located on a beautiful hill on the outskirts of Florence, from which you can admire the wonderful Tuscan panorama full of vineyards, olive groves and woods. It covers 1113 hectares of land of which 90 hectares are cultivated with vineyards, 140 hectares with olive groves and the remaining part with arable land, forest and Cinta Senese breeding.
Paolo Nocentini, current owner of the company, has given new impetus and development to the traditional agricultural activity, expanding and renewing the crops and directing it towards the organic production of typical Tuscan products.
The territory of Fattoria San Michele a Torri is located between the wine areas of Chianti Colli Fiorentini (75 hectares of vineyards) and Chianti Classico (15 hectares of vineyards) where fragrant, velvety red wines of great character are produced from the vineyards of both production areas.
