It was in 1899, in Dizy, at the gates of Epernay, that Louis-Eugène Pannier wrote the first pages of the history of the house of the same name. Over time and work in excellence, the brand gained reputation and began a new chapter full of promise by settling in Château-Thierry, in the heart of the hillsides of the Marne Valley.
