The Classic route includes a guided tour of the historic cellars located at the foot of the Castle of Gabiano, followed by a tasting of 3 wines: "CORTE" Sauvignon Blanc, "IL RUVO" Grignolino del Basso Monferrato and "LA BRAJA" Barbera d'ASTI DOCG.

About the host

The Castle of Gabiano and its medieval village are a fascinating place, rich in centuries-old history and natural beauty.
The Park, the Labyrinth of Bosso, the historic cellar, the renowned "3 Orologi" Restaurant, the Suites and exclusive apartments, will enrapture you for a privileged and relaxing stay.

The appointments for guided tours of the historic cellars with tasting of our wines are divided into several experiences: Classic, Premium, Privè.
It is also possible to appreciate the cuisine of our 3 Orologi restaurant, born from a careful restoration of the ancient vinegar cellar of the medieval village, which offers delicious menus prepared by our Chef with vegetables from our garden and with the fruits grown on the property, combined with meat and cheese strictly from local farms.

And to indulge in moments of absolute relaxation, the Luxury Suites, Apartments and Junior Suites distributed in the medieval village represent the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.
