Truffle lunch with tasting

The wine and oil tasting with truffle lunch or dinner will begin with the tour of our Vernaccia vineyard, one of the oldest in San Gimignano.
The truffle lunch or dinner consists of 4 courses: an appetizer with mixed bruschetta with fresh truffle and truffle cream, organic truffle pasta, smoked beef seasoned with our extra virgin white truffle oil and fresh truffle, dessert of the day. During the meal you will taste 4/5 organic and biodynamic wines and our extra - virgin olive oils.
