This experience can only be lived in some areas, in a few countries in the world. A sommelier, a Trifolau and his dog in a splendid autumn setting in the heart of the Barolo area. What can be more unique and exciting than finding a truffle personally and then tasting it in combination with typical local dishes with a glass of fine wine? Our Trifolau will tell the story of the white truffle and the latest market news, explain the intricacies of truffle research and extraction and teach participants how to choose the right truffles in shops or at the market. After the hunt it is possible to have a tasting in the cellar, a lunch based on truffles or any other Giovanni Rosso experience.
