An authentic experience, an immersion in the food and wine culture of the area. Participants will have the opportunity to create traditional Langhe recipes with the guidance of a professional cook, which will be served during the meal. For the realization of the proposed dishes, only seasonal organic ingredients from small local producers will be used. It is possible to agree on a vegetarian menu, always respecting tradition, and / or based on truffles in season. The experience includes cooking ("hands on") with the preparation of the proposed menu, the delivery of recipes and lunch or dinner. Upon request, their children can participate together with their parents, for whom activities suitable for their age will be organized.
