A chef experienced in the best restaurants in the region will cook especially for the guests. Lunch can be served in the cellar or in the VIP room, in an exclusive atmosphere. The sommelier will recommend both wines from the Giovanni Rosso collection and wines from our global wine list which includes a selection of the best wine regions in the world, including Champagne, in combination with the typical dishes of the region offered by the chief. During the white truffle season of Alba, it is possible to opt for a traditional menu based on truffles.

Giovanni Rosso is a family-run historical reality of Serralunga d'Alba, known in the world of wine for the production of its exclusive Barolos from the magnificent owned vineyards.
