About this experience & host

Located on the hillside of gravel in the south of Saint-Emilion, the Vignobles Bardet invite you to come and share a moment with them in an idyllic setting, on the banks of the Dordogne.
Throughout this visit, we will share with you our three main values: family, agroecology and innovation.
You will discover the river, our history, part of our vines, our cellars and our innovative techniques for making red wines. This will end with the tasting of seven wines from the vineyard.

We enjoyed the visit to the Bardet vineyard, Great explanation on the vines and wine and a pride in their vineyard which is a pleasure to see. nice tasting at the end. What's more, they are kind enough to open on Sundays and that's rare!

Wonderful private tour in excellent English by Alice. Lovely family enterprise proud of their heritage and innovation in winemaking. Besides the Grand Cru wines they even collaborated to make wines from the Peaky Blinders Era and Lord of the Rings.

Alice has told us in a didactic way the family history of her vineyards and winery. They are pioneers and benchmarks in organic farming. The visit was very interesting and the surroundings were beautiful. Totally recommended.
