A guided tour of our winery, recounting the history of the Bolgheri DOC, the estate, and the winemaking process from grape to bottle, begins in our tasting room, passing through the vineyards and the vat room, all the way to the barrel cellar. This will be followed by a tasting of four glasses: the "Caccia al Palazzo" DOC Bolgheri Vermentino, Rosé, Rosso, and "Le Ballerine" IGT Costa Toscana Rosso. These wines are a first introduction to our land and our philosophy, designed for those who want to discover the elegance of Bolgheri DOC entry-level wines, simple and fresh.
They will be accompanied by bread bites and our own extra virgin olive oil.
After the experience, you can purchase directly in our wine shop.

About the host

The Tenuta Di Vaira is located in the middle of the Bolgheri region, full of wine-making traditions.
This region is crossed by the wine route Costa degli Etruschi, which runs along the Mediterranean coast and it’s provided with Medieval hamlet, hills covered of woods, spectacular views, wine, olive oil, food, customs that gives at this area a charming atmorphere.
It’s a family history full of tradition that has always evolved over time, till today with the project and realisation of the new winery.
Vincenzo, the owner, with his family Emanuela,Sara, Romina and Alessandro work in the company and they have always contributed e modernized the Estate.
