Château Monestier La Tour invites you to discover its new buildings and share its experience of biodynamics with you.
A bilingual guide from the château therefore invites you on an explanatory visit to biodynamic cultivation methods, starting with the biodynamic garden where the plants used for the treatment of the vines are grown. The virtues and function of yarrow, valerian, fennel and other plants are explained. It then continues with explanations on dynamization and infusions, essential processes of biodynamic cultivation. Then visit the vat room with its 26 stainless steel vats, the barrel cellar and the visit ends with the discovery of the herbal tea room.
And finally tasting of the range of wines from the property, such as Bergerac, red white, rosé, red Côtes de Bergerac and sweet wine Saussignac, in our recently renovated cellar.
