What does the workshop consist of?
Romain, our Wepi Sommelier will make you taste seasonal French wines from his careful selection: only 3% of wines selected out of 1200 wines tasted!
A graduate of the Paul Bocuse Institute, he is a trainer in recognized Grandes Écoles such as École Ducasse or Glion in Switzerland.
You will learn tasting techniques and develop your knowledge.
Szu-Pu, our Wepi Cheffe, will take care of concocting refined dishes to accompany the tasting.
A graduate of the Paul Bocuse Institute, she works with Grand Chefs such as Anne-Sophie Pic or Régis Marcon to develop Air France Business class menus.
Vegetarians are welcome.
