Sabering consists of opening a bottle of Champagne with a saber.

It is also possible to saber outside the shop opposite the Notre-Dame Cathedral in Reims.

After the saber, the bottle is yours!

About the host

Founded in 1887, Maison Pol Couronne is a traditional champagne house which priorities lay at quality and naturalness. Our different cuvées come from grapes located in the most prestigious plots of Champagne, mostly classified as Grand cru. Jean-Baptiste Prévost is in charge of this legacy, which always has shown the same respect for nature, sustainable viticulture and traditional knowledge.
