Introduction to winemaking, discovering the winegrower's secrets !
During this experience, we will take you at the heart of the Champagne making process.
On the program : visit of the Clos du Château de Boursault (tankroom, cellars and vineyards) with several tastings at each step of the production.
You will have the opportunity to taste the clears wines of Champagne in the tankroom, then get an introduction to flying disgorgement in front of the XVIth century Manoir to taste an old vintage. The experience will end with a tasting of 3 Champagnes on our Terrasse.
