Start with an in-depth tour of a boutique estate, learn the "methode champenoise" from pressing to cellar aging, and taste three vintages. Then, discover another estate during a shorter but equally enriching tour, explore their establishment and taste three more vintages.

Thomas was great, and we visited great champagne house. He was a good driver, and very knowledgeable about the champagne region and process. The whole trip was fun and we met some nice people from the UK. Pickup was very easy. Highly recommended!
