About 40 km from Frankfurt to the south-east, we are heading to the Franken Wine Region.
We will take a local train to the station near the vinyards.
You will walk to the vineyards which is under the preservation and the surrounding.
There are Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyard (from VDP-Regulation)
After the walk, have a short break on top of the vineyard (Terroir-F) and proceed to the winery and taste the wine from the terroir/soils where you walked
Enjoy it!

The guide and the winery staff were very nice. It was wonderful to see how the villagers all helped each other and looked after the winery as if it were the village's treasure.
