Located in the North of Alentejo, close to the Montargil dam, Monte da Raposinha has been a family property since the end of the 19th century.
In 2005 the current owner decided to plant the first vines.
In honor of her father, she renamed the property and named the first wines “Monte da Raposinha”, since Raposinha was what her father affectionately called her when she was a child.
The Monte da Raposinha estate has a total area of 150 hectares, 15 of which are planted with vineyards.
