Our vines are mainly located in the towns of Romery, Cormoyeux and Fleury la Rivière. In a remote valley of the Marne, backing onto the Montagne de Reims, its slopes, facing south, south-east, and its clay-limestone soils allow the cultivation of very fine millers and very surprising Chardonnays. We also cultivate vines in the town of Aÿ, a village classified as a Grand Cru, located in the greater Marne Valley and renowned for its Pinot Noirs.
Since 2020, our vineyard has been HVE (High Environmental Value) certified.
This approval recognizes our involvement in reasoned control in order to protect biodiversity as well as our water resource. To do this, our soils are plowed or grassed, we use few amendments and most of our treatments are organic.
