The Bernard Haas & Fils estate is an independent, family-run winery located in the heart of the village of Kaysersberg, a tradition spanning several generations.
The estate covers 14 hectares of vineyards, including some plots within the Grand Cru Schlossberg appellation. The entire harvest is vinified in the family cellar. Certified HVE (High Environmental Value), the harvesting and winemaking processes are carried out with respect for the environment and the terroir. The estate produces a range of white, red, and rosé wines made from the seven traditional Alsatian grape varieties.
