NOC Winery traces its roots back to 1918 when a local winery produced wines for the Merindad region. At the beginning of the 21st century, it was re-established with a project focused on harnessing the energy of the land. Traditional winemaking methods are preserved, and modern control systems are incorporated. Our location is ideal, and our team is superb. Our winemakers, Ignacio de Miguel and Elena Rincón, carefully craft our wines to create an unforgettable experience with every sip.
