The Lavandeira Douro Nature & Wellness Hotel was born from a restructuring and expansion project of Casa da Lavand’eira. The emotion and possibility of creating unforgettable moments, combined with the passion for warm hospitality, the dream of creating benchmark wines, respect for nature, and the offering of well-being, were the inspiration that brought us to this new challenge.
An 18th-century Douro manor farm with a privileged location on the banks of the Ovil River, surrounded by gardens and vineyards, and whose paths and walkways offer routes of rare natural beauty, inviting you to immerse yourself in a sensory experience. Lavandeira Douro N&W has allowed us to combine ancestral heritage with new spaces, resulting from a reflective contemporary architecture, transporting us to a unique, modern, and charming world that intertwines with traditions of bygone eras.
