Trained as an agricultural engineer, he is distinguished by a burning passion for the preservation of natural treasures. A specialist in genetic resources, he is dedicated to the protection and reproduction of rare grape varieties, a mission he carries out with unwavering determination. As President of the Bordeaux White Grape Variety Conservatory, Luc pursues a demanding quest: to reveal the authenticity and richness of great terroirs through exceptional wines. In 2024, seduced by the timeless charm and richness of its varied soils (from ochre gravel to white gravel, in the heart of the prestigious Sauternes region), he decided to acquire Château de Malle. This place, at the crossroads of terroirs, embodies for him the perfect balance between history, nature, and expertise.
