"If I close my eyes, my mind travels to a vineyard in autumn, when the plant is preparing to rest and be quiet. My senses focus on the smell of wet bark, clean air, moss and undergrowth. My face enjoys some rays of sun, but the air is cold, which refreshes my mind and makes it fly. And it flies towards the people who excite me and the sensations that capture me. Viticulture and winemaking allow me to share part of these sensations."
