Mas Nicolas
Located in the commune of Cabrerolles, in the Hérault region, in the heart of Occitania, Le Mas Nicolas is part of the protected designation of origin Faugères. In the middle of a schist terroir where the flora of the garrigue and the quince orchards. The vineyard extends over several hectares and has been worked organically for several years. The grape varieties produced are Carignan, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault and Viognier.

Meet the team
Winegrower's son and grandson, the Mas Nicolas is managed by Nicolas Maury. By becoming an independent winemaker when he was only 20 years old, he became the youngest winemaker in the protected designation of origin Faugères. From a very young age, he was touched by the passion and love for the work of the vine and wine that his father shared with him. It is a beautiful family story that he wanted to follow.
