What is the difference between a Winalist gift card and a Winalist gift box?
The Winalist gift card works as a prepaid credit that can be used across the entire site, to book any experience across the entire site.
A Winalist gift box is much more than just a gift voucher: it's a selection of unique wine tourism experiences around a theme (romantic, gastronomic, unusual, well-being, etc.).
By offering it, you give the recipient the freedom to choose the experience that suits them best, from a selection of activities in the most beautiful wine estates in Europe.
It is therefore a more personal gift, which inspires choice while leaving freedom.
How long is my gift box valid for?
Gift boxes are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The recipient can reorder at any time during this period.
Can I receive the gift box in physical form?
Our gift boxes are currently available in digital format only: you will receive them immediately by email, ready to be printed or transferred.
If you'd like to give a tangible gift, you can opt for our Winalist physical gift card, delivered in an elegant holder.
In both cases, the recipient will find online the selection of experiences corresponding to the box offered.
Can I use the gift box on multiple experiences?
No. Each gift box represents a complete experience for a set number of people. Once the reservation is made, the gift box is considered redeemed. If you prefer a split credit, the Winalist gift card is perfect for that.
Is the price of the experiences visible to the beneficiary?
No, never. The recipient doesn't see any prizes when using the gift box. They only discover a selection of inspiring experiences, corresponding to the theme you chose, to preserve all the magic of the gift.
What happens if the chosen experience is more expensive or less expensive than the box?
The box fully covers the price of the experiences included in the selection.
If the beneficiary chooses another activity (in the case of an exchange), no additional payment is required as long as the amount remains the same. And if the new experience is slightly more expensive, it is possible to pay the difference directly when booking.
