Our Gin & Wine Tour offers a carefully curated journey through the heart of the Alentejo, combining exceptional wines, artisanal gin, and authentic regional flavors in a truly immersive experience. The day begins at the renowned Herdade do Esporão or Adega Ervideira, two of Portugal's most prestigious wine references. Here, guests are invited to explore the vineyards and winery facilities, learning more about the region's terroir and the winemaking philosophy. The visit is followed by a guided wine tasting, featuring a selection of carefully chosen wines, followed by lunch. The experience continues at the Sharish Gin Distillery, a unique artisanal distillery known for producing one of Portugal's most distinctive gins. During the visit, guests will discover the entire production process, from the selection of botanicals to distillation techniques, ending with a tasting of 4 pure gins and a gin and tonic of their choice.
