With this experience, you will discover the essence of our terroir and how we alternate theory and practice, starting by tasting our Blanco Viñas Viejas aged on its lees.

From our panoramic tasting room, we will enter one of our unique vineyards, Finca El Palacio. There, while contemplating the surrounding landscape, we will talk about socio-environmental sustainability, the influence of the climate, the characteristics of our soils, and the grape varieties we cultivate.

Next, we will tour the winery, where you will immerse yourself in the soul of Luis Cañas: from grape selection to bottling. We will conclude by uncorking one of the limited collection bottles of El Palacio and our great family Gran Reserva, accompanied by local appetizers.
