Conditions

About the host
In the heart of the “Vallée de la Sarce”, the estate has built its reputation by producing champagnes of character with passion and authenticity, from parcels exclusively located in Avirey-Lingey. Fascinated very early by viticulture, Marc bought his vineyards in 1980. Then, Marie-Nelly - his wife - joins the estate, they began to make champagne and created their very own Champagne house. This small, united team is working to produce a unique champagne that reflects the terroir. The estate is now trying to elaborate pure and refined cuvee with the evolution of wine-making. Recently, the arrival of their daughter on the family estate encourages them to promote their champagnes around the world.
