The visit begins with a reception at the winery facilities, where participants are briefly introduced to the history of the estate and the region's terroir.
In the winery, visitors observe the grape reception process, destemming, pressing, and alcoholic fermentation, with explanations about the use of stainless steel tanks versus oak barrels, temperature control, etc.
It is also possible to visit the aging cellar, where the selection criteria for barrels (oak origin, toast level, capacity) and the sensory impact on the wine are explained.
The next phase consists of a tasting of five single-varietal wines, tapas, and olive oils from Casa Relvas.
