Upon arrival, we will get to know each other in order to best meet your expectations. We will then go to our truffle orchard arboretum where we will discuss the different tree species and truffle cultivation. We will then focus in more detail on truffles. You can then discover the secret world of truffles!
The visit is followed by a truffle tasting with the discovery of 2 truffle bites accompanied by a glass of wine that will allow you to go from theory to practice!
You will discover all the facets of this mysterious mushroom!

A family business founded in 2014, we offer truffles from farm to fork.
We wanted to open truffle farming to as many people as possible, recognizing that the secrets of this underground mushroom were well-kept. Maison de Garniac will introduce you to all the facets of the truffle, a jewel of French gastronomy, and will give you advice on how to preserve it, cook it, and pair it with wines.

A must-do, with a very warm, passionate, and attentive hostess. A magnificent introduction to and discovery of truffles. A workshop with Yolaine and her wonderful husband, with a delicious tasting, not to mention the succulent macarons. An excellent dinner with exceptional ravioli. We would like to thank Yolaine for this wonderful weekend at the truffle farm.
