Discover our estate during an immersive guided tour. Start in front of our "Folie", a typical building of the region and a living witness to our history. Between anecdotes and archive photos, immerse yourself in the memory of the place. The tour continues in the winery, the reception hall and the barrel cellar, where the journey of the grape is revealed, from harvest to aging. A visit to a plot of vines completes this immersion, to understand their essential role in the profile of our vintages.
The experience ends with a commented tasting of 5 wines, a privileged moment to appreciate all the aromatic richness of our wines.

For over a century, Domaine de la Baume has perpetuated a winemaking tradition, producing captivating wines with powerful aromatic potential.

Located in the heart of Languedoc-Roussillon, in the small village of Servian, between Béziers and the medieval town of Pézenas, the estate is a source of inspiration. This true haven of peace, surrounded by nature, embodies the warmth of the South, conviviality, sharing, and love for the land.

The Domaine de la Baume vineyard covers an area of 100 hectares and features numerous white and red grape varieties typical of the Languedoc-Roussillon region: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Viognier. The estate produces white, red, and rosé wines, many of which have won international awards.

A truly informative guided tour. Lots of things to discover :) Throughout the tour, the guide explained everything there was to know about the estate, which was very interesting. Then came the tasting, with some lovely taste surprises. In any case, thank you for this wonderful discovery.
