The experience continues in the Algarve Gourmet room, overlooking the vineyards, where lunch is served with six regional appetizers and a signature dessert, prepared with local ingredients. The menu includes fish, meats, artisanal bread, vegetables, and reinterpreted traditional sweets.

The meal is accompanied by wines from the estate, ending with a tasting of a Portuguese fortified wine.

In an intimate setting, this experience offers a sensory journey through Algarve culture. At the end, it is possible to purchase wines and signature and regional products, with options also available for dietary restrictions.
