Visit and taste Rovellats with our most iconic cavas, paired with four artisan cheeses.
The tour will begin in our vineyard. We'll explain how we farm our vineyards at Rovellats, located right in front of our winery. We'll continue with the historical part, visiting a 15th-century farmhouse and a family chapel.
We'll then continue with an explanation of how our wines and cavas are made at home, and descend into our radial cellar, located 12 meters underground (a unique radial cellar in the world due to its original six-pointed star structure and central rotunda).
After explaining the cava-making process, we'll try an artisanal de-disgorging of a Gran Reserva cava aged for over 36 months.
After the disgorging, there's a short video summarizing the essence of Rovellats.
