What a fantastic idea to enjoy a visit to a winery right at its peak of activity and splendor! The harvest season is experienced with great intensity at Viña Ijalba, and we want to share that experience with you.
The activity begins in the vineyard, where we explain the foundation and philosophy of Viña Ijalba. With our glasses in hand, we enter the production area where, after learning about the winemaking process we follow, we begin tasting the product at different stages. We then move to the barrel room where we will also taste various wines until we reach the bottled wine. We finish by tasting two of the finished product paired with a local Rioja appetizer.
A unique experience, impossible to have outside of a winery and at any other time than the harvest.
