We begin the experience with a visit to the cellar space, showing behind the scenes of Ervideira wine production – from the reception area to the bottling line.

We continue from here to the Ervideira Wine Lounge space where we begin the wine tasting with a personalized journey of 5 Ervideira wines.

This wine tasting will be accompanied and harmonized by a complete tasting of regional products on a board of typically Alentejo flavors, colors and smells – bread and toast, São Jorge cheese, buttered sheep's cheese, cured sheep's cheese, black pork sausages, tomatoes cherry, fruit and dried fruits, mini pies, jam, olive oil.

The people who work at this winery are so amazing and love what they do and who they serve. The wine is incredible but the experience will blow you away. The tour is short but extensive, and you’ll hopefully see live bottling!
