The tasting begins in the cellar. This is followed by the screening of an explanatory video on the production of Alsace wines (suitable for children). Then we will visit the cellar, its wooden barrels more than a century old and you will discover our family history through a scenographic space with 180° immersive video projected on barrels: unique in France.

Then we invite you to continue the tasting in our tea room area around a brunch: an assortment of sweet and savory delicacies will be offered to you: pastries, Alsatian bread and jam, Alsatian cheeses, charcuterie, fresh fruit salad, savory toast. , bowl (bibelaskaes, granola and fruit) + a hot drink

About the host

My husband Yvan and I operate a family winery, created in 1778 in Gertwiller, Alsace, a few kilometers from Strasbourg. We are the 11th generation of winegrowers, of the same family, to exploit our vines and vinify the 7 Alsatian grape varieties. We like to share our passion for wine through our family history, and our cellar secrets, in a friendly and warm atmosphere. The Zeyssolff family cask, made in 1897 for the Universal Exhibition in Paris, is one of our main curiosities. We welcome you to make you discover our cellar through a guided tour and to make you taste the fruit of our work...

Cancellation: Full refund of the experience if cancellation takes place up to 24 hours before the start of the experience.
