Blind Tasting Challenge

We will be waiting for you at the Ervideira Wine Lounge, next to the Ervideira winery and, in the first stage, we will visit the winery that will show you the backstage of Ervideira and the entire production process.

Second, we will return to Ervideira Wine Lounge and start the personalized wine tasting, starting with white and rosé wines. And when we start tasting the red wines, the Challenge begins!
You will have a glass of red wine from “the beginning” of the red wine tasting, which will accompany you throughout the entire tasting.
Thus, you will get to know some of the red wines from Ervideira and your challenge will be to match the wine that is being blind tasted.

This experience also includes a complete tasting with regional products, such as traditional bread, typical cheeses, selection of black pork sausages, traditional jams and Alentejo toast with olive oil and oregano, mini pies (chicken meat or spinach).
