Cancellation Policy
Full refund of the experience if cancellation takes place up to 24 hours before the start of the experience.
Conditions
- A reservation is officially canceled if the visitor clicks on the “cancel my reservation” button in the My Account tab > my reservations > modify or cancel a reservation
- The total amount of the reservation is refunded to the traveler if the cancellation occurs within the minimum period defined in the cancellation conditions of the experience.
- The Traveler Refund Policy, force majeure or cancellations by Winalist for any other reason provided for in the General Conditions may supersede the cancellation conditions. Please check these exceptions.

About the host
All air-conditioned accommodation features a private bathroom with free toiletries, minibar, free Wi-Fi and cable or satellite TV. The apartments also feature equipped kitchens or kitchenettes and a private entrance area.
The self-catering apartments include fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, with all the necessary utensils for guests to prepare their own meals in privacy. For more options, local restaurants are available within 600 metres. In the center of Portalegre, an 18-minute drive away, there is also a wide range of restaurants.
After a refreshing dip in the pool, guests can enjoy the garden area or read a book while admiring views of the green surroundings. A children's playground is available for younger guests at Casa da Urra. It is possible to practice horse riding on site, at an additional cost and prior appointment with nearby companies that offer this service. Guests can also rent bicycles to enjoy the various cycling trails. Casa da Urra features a large meeting room, where wine tasting can be held or large banquets can be organized for up to 200 people.
