The visit begins in the aging cellar (located beneath Peñafiel Castle). With a welcome glass of Aire de Protos, we'll watch a video mapping show that tells our story. We'll then continue with an extensive tour of the underground galleries carved into the mountain before visiting the new winery designed by architect Richard Rogers.
The tour includes a guided tasting of our Aire de Protos wine (welcome glass). At the end of the visit, we'll continue tasting Protos Verdejo Cuvée and our exclusive Serie Privada wine, aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
The tour also includes a selection of cured meats and cheese. At the end of the visit, everyone will receive a lovely souvenir from Bodegas Protos.

The history of Ribera del Duero wines concentrated in the oldest winery. A spectacular tour with a delightful tasting at the end. The only improvement would be a short tour of the vines, but given the winery's location, this doesn't seem feasible.
