Cancellation Policy
Full refund of the experience if cancellation takes place up to 72 hours before the start of the experience.
Conditions
- A reservation is officially canceled if the visitor clicks on the “cancel my reservation” button in the My Account tab > my reservations > modify or cancel a reservation
- The total amount of the reservation is refunded to the traveler if the cancellation occurs within the minimum period defined in the cancellation conditions of the experience.
- The Traveler Refund Policy, force majeure or cancellations by Winalist for any other reason provided for in the General Conditions may supersede the cancellation conditions. Please check these exceptions.

Very pleasant experience! The visit is very well conducted with lots of details and exchanges. The tasting and its platter of cold meats and cheese are very enjoyable. A very pleasant moment I recommend
The tour was informative and the surroundings were absolutely stunning. The guide knew alot about the area and, in particular the wine + Château. Very delicious wine tasting, and nice food. The only thing we missing was to se the production itself
