We will be delighted to welcome you to our winery in Rully. We will offer you a guided tour of our cellar and answer all your questions about the production of our wines.
Once the visit is over, we will install you in our cellar for a blind tasting. Once you are blindfolded, we will serve you one by one five of our wines. We will first try to determine the aromas perceived by each person through olfaction. Then, in a second step, we will taste the wine and discuss everyone's impressions. You will then have to try to determine the color of the wine, its grape variety and the dominant aromas.
In order to energize the tasting a little more, you will have the opportunity to play as a team and consult each other before giving your final answers!
Our goal is to allow you to discover the wines of Burgundy while sharing a fun and friendly moment!

About the host

Our estate is located in the heart of Burgundy and our cellar in the small village of Rully. We operate 14 hectares of vines including 13 hectares in Côte Chalonnaise and Côte du Couchois and 1 hectare in Beaujolais (Chiroubles).

Our philosophy is simple "To make good wine, you need good grapes". The quality of our wines is the result of rigorous work, from pruning the vines in winter to harvesting at the end of summer.

We make sure each year to maintain a consistent quantity.
