What’s better than visiting a working winery?
Come visit the estate during the harvest!

After an introduction to the wines of Burgundy and the Côte Chalonnaise, we go to a plot to understand the challenges of organic viticulture.
Then, head to the vat room, a real anthill during the harvest! The entire domain team is mobilized. You will be able to observe the different stages of the arrival of the grapes to the vat. Our wines will no longer have any secrets for you!
We will end the visit to the cellar with a tasting of 3 organic wines from our terroirs (villages and 1er crus).

About the host

The Ninots have been coopers and winegrowers since the 14th century. Brother and sister, we took over the family estate together. We cultivate, produce and market several AOP Rully and Mercurey terroirs thanks to our 13 hectares of certified organic vines. We offer visits, tastings as well as workshops aimed at explaining and discussing the profession of winegrower, the vine and wine. Real moments of sharing.
