Flavors, smells, aromas... The art of tasting can seem complex. It’s actually real detective work. At each stage, clues allow us to identify the grape variety, the terroir, the vinification and aging methods. Besides, why doesn't wine taste like grapes?
After several taste and olfactory workshops, you will put into practice what you have learned: use your senses, talk about what you feel when tasting, choose the appropriate vocabulary, know how to convey what you understand about wine. These experiences will lead us to the tasting of 4 organic wines from our terroirs (villages and 1er crus).
This Burgundian sensory experience will continue with gougères accompanied by a glass of wine.
