About the host

The Blanc Foussy house has been creating Fines Bulles since 1969. Our wines are aged in the largest troglodyte cellars in Touraine. This cellar houses 3km of underground galleries and more than 1.5 million bottles of wine produced using the Traditional Method. The Grandes Caves Saint-Roch is also a place full of stories and memories.

Nice visit intended more for those who already know the mechanism of sparkling wines because it is a free visit without a guide. Small tasting at the end of the visit, special mention for the Vouvray 👌🏼

It is not the typical visit to a winery, since what you visit is the cave where the bottles sleep. You do the activity at your own pace, with information in Spanish. We found it fun and enjoyable.

Atypical place, we loved the principle of self-guided visits to the cellars
