Immerse yourself in a unique experience, where our red and white wines harmonize with a refined selection of charcuterie, cheeses and regional toasts, meticulously prepared by the chef of our restaurant Chez Odette.

This tasting celebrates the alliance of the talents of two brothers: Charly, in the kitchen, offers you fresh and local dishes that enhance the wines carefully crafted by Rémy, from grapes picked by hand and followed with particular attention, that of biodynamics.

About the host

The Frédéric Mabileau estate is nestled in a small village called Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil, located on the borders of Touraine and Anjou. Fabulous terroir, classified in 2010 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this is where I grew up and where I live. For us, grapes are our jewels. We pick them by hand and we give them the greatest attention, from harvesting to bottling.
We also welcome you to Chez Odette, the estate's restaurant!
