Start with an immersive discovery of our winery, then dive into the depths of our cellar to reveal its secrets. Back in the winery, let yourself be guided through a commented tasting of our wines, where each sip tells the story of our terroir.
To perfect this experience, we will then welcome you to the estate's restaurant, Chez Odette, for a tasty meal paired with our wines. Enjoy a starter, a main course and a dessert, enhanced by three glasses of wine carefully selected to harmonize with each dish.

About the host

The Frédéric Mabileau estate is nestled in a small village called Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil, located on the borders of Touraine and Anjou. Fabulous terroir, classified in 2010 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this is where I grew up and where I live. For us, grapes are our jewels. We pick them by hand and we give them the greatest attention, from harvesting to bottling.
We also welcome you to Chez Odette, the estate's restaurant!

Very nice gourmet getaway. The estate offers a wide range of wines, all very different and sometimes very original. 8 wines tasted, glasses of water or somewhat neutral toast would have been necessary to intersperse.
