About the host

Paradise Rescued is a family biological micro-cellar in Cardan Bordeaux. Dominated by its 12th century church, our mission is to protect the heritage of the beautiful village of Cardan, France, to support its rural community and to produce high quality organic wines by hand. With less than one hectare of vineyard, Paradise Rescued is one of the leaders in Bordeaux in the production of varietal Cabernet Franc and Merlot CabFranc.

Come visit our winery, taste our handcrafted wines, take a walk through the vineyard, learn about “organic” and listen to our winemaker share our unique story. And then stop in the historic bastide town of Cadillac for a lunch break, just ten minutes away.

Splendid visit with a passionate winemaker! The owner has it's own mission in safeguarding the local views and alss has it's own view on how to grow the grapes and make splendid wines out of them. A small vineyard with a non traditional view on wine
