Sensory oenology workshop and tasting

We offer our oenological tasting workshop in a family winery typical of a Languedoc vineyard.
Participants will develop their oenological skills while having a good time in the idyllic setting of Domaine Le Fort (Montréal de l'Aude).

This workshop is aimed at all wine lovers looking for an enriching oenological experience:
- The beginner will learn the basics of tasting and the associated vocabulary,
- The more experienced wine lover will appreciate our sensory approach which will allow him to deepen his oenological skills.
The workshop lasts 3 hours. During the first part, you discover and identify your sensory tools. In a second step, you will apply our tasting method to 6 different wines from the Domaine.

We limit our workshops to a maximum of 10 people in order to promote discussion and listening to everyone.
